About Work IQ
Built by SDCC, WorkIQ opened in partnership with Oxford Innovation in 2024, It is a community-led workspace and event hub based in Tallaght, supporting founders, startups, and growing businesses across South Dublin.
Since opening, WorkIQ has hosted a wide range of founder-focused events, workshops, and community sessions designed to provide practical support, peer learning, and meaningful connection for early-stage and scaling companies.
WorkIQ works closely with local and national partners to create accessible, high-quality programming that supports ambition, growth, and collaboration within the local business ecosystem.

Parking for Dublin Startup Conference
We are committed to going greener and strongly recommend that all our customers use public transportation or cycle to our building. There is very limited publicly available parking immediately adjacent to WorkIQ, with clamping in operation.
There are several cost effective parking options within a 5 minute walk from WorkIQ, including; Best Car Parks in Tallaght Cross, Euro Car Park in Tallaght Cross and The Square Shopping Centre.
The Luas Redline terminates at the Tallaght stop, a 5 minute walk away, and several bus routes stop within a 3 minute walk away. Secure bike storage, lockers and shows are available (speak to reception for access).
