Rather than focusing on sector-specific content, the discussion will centre on transferable lessons around growth, decision-making, and scaling – with particular emphasis on how founders think about expansion beyond their home market.

The Local Enterprise Office provides direct financial support to micro businesses, advise on a range of alternative funding options, offer business information, advice & mentoring, deliver high quality training and connect your business to appropriate State resources.
Local Enterprise Week from Monday March 2nd to Friday March 6th, gives budding entrepreneurs or those who have been in business for a while, the opportunity to improve their business and find out what supports are available to them. Some of the events include a Pitch Battle for funding, networking with cocktails, a Pier-to-Pier networking walk and a host of AI events to benefit businesses. The events, which will take place in every local authority area, will cover all aspects of business from getting started and accessing funding to exporting and sustainability.
